For low volume business, Customer don’t want to invest in higher tooling and long lead time because of market competitiveness. Now a days because of change market/ Customer demanding market, Customers are moving in to short volumes. Second reason of increase in this business is the failure of the mass production supplier or back out/ bankruptcy because of recession.
